7 days before commencement of works

1. Submit notification of works
   ( MW01  )
2. Submit Prescribed plans, details of works, and other documents (e.g. Site supervision plan)
3. Submit photos

Issue acknowledgement letter *

Buildings Department will issue acknowledgement letter for notification of commencement of works with submission no. , after preliminary checking of the information submitted.

Within 14 days after completion of works

1. Submit a Certificate of completion of works
   ( MW02  )
2. Submit revised plans, details of the works showing the minor deviations and other relevant documents (if any)
3. Submit photos
