Tele Marketing Lead

Summary / Purpose of Position
 Execute the telemarketing strategy and implementation plan which “Meets Fit & Proper Criteria set out by the Insurance Authority”.
 Supervise the outsourced tele marketing team practices and discipline according to company TM Call centre manual.
 Manage and lead the outsourced telemarketing team to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual business goals
 Provide real time customer feedback to the product group for enriching our product design and portfolio
 Provide real time customer feedback to the Marketing team for improving our marketing campaign effectiveness and impact.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Design and continue to twist the mechanism to do leads management so as to optimise the successful conversion based on different TM core strength to enhance the successful rate.
• Provide coaching and calls best practices sharing to optimize the TM team productivity
• Manage the telemarketing team, utilize resources to achieve the team target
• Product planning; work with internal product teams to provide real time market feedback and client’s needs for planning the future product design.
• Execute and drive the marketing campaigns to drive sales
• Reinforce and ensure the TM team follow the proper operation procedures in line with regulatory and compliance requirement
• Supervise the telemarking team and complies with company guideline on all sales process
• Support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
• Monitor the telemarking team daily result and generate report to management and business partners
• Handle any customer complains and TM emergency situations
• Provide feedback and inputs for effective incentive design

Knowledge and Skills
• Form 7 graduate or above, University graduate is preferable
• Minimum 6 years’ practical sales experience in telemarketing industry, relevant supervision experience is preferable
• Professional qualification of IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3; Paper 5 are preferable)
• Strong in motivating sales
• Extensive knowledge on insurance products and services
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and selling skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Participate in the full product development cycle from front-end to back-end.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for claims of the Property & Casualty portfolio
• Coordinate the processing and settlement of claims & monitor the operations of Claims to operate profitably and effectively while meeting customers’ and distributors’ needs and expectation. In addition, prepare necessary documents in the settlement of claims & assist in investigation of doubtable/questionable claims.
• Coordinate the processing and settlement of claims within the pre-set authority and provide appropriate commentary, recommendations and justifications to his superior to seek for approval when necessary. In addition, ensure quality claims services are provided so as to retain the profitable business as well as continuing flow of favorable business opportunities to Generali. Also to provide high service quality to intermediaries and customers. Maintain and monitor the relationship with business partners to meet and achieve the required business growth
• Handle the claims activities to ensure that the required customer service standard is met; claims are processed in an effective and efficient manner. To ensure service delivery standard is consistently met to achieve business growth targets.
• Provide input on the process and system enhancement so as to improve the operational efficiency.
• Ensure the processing of claims are acting in accordance with the Group compliance policy in order to adhere to the relevant local and Group compliance procedures and obtain satisfactory audit and regulators’ review reports. In addition, the claims assessments are consistent, accurate, fair, and in a high level of integrity.
• Maintain a close working relations with the superior and other departments so as to maintain a high quality work team to deliver high performance. Share best practice, coach, and develop the junior staff for a high performing team.
• Implement AML & CTF measures in accordance with the Company’s guidelines and procedures (including “Checklist – Claims Payment”) and the relevant law and regulations, and report any suspicion to the MLRO.
Key Requirements:
• College diploma / Bachelor degree holder or holder of professional qualification in Insurance
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in General Insurance and Reinsurance Claims
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Tele-Marketing QA & Control Manager

Summary / Purpose of Position
 Follow the company and business partner’s corporate governance (legal, compliance and Risk management) requirement to build the standard TM operation and selling practice
guidelines which Meets Fit & Proper Criteria set out by the Insurance Authority”.
 Set up the Quality and Q&A control standard and policy for TM team to follow to ensure the TM centre operations and procedures n are fully comply with IA telemarketing requirement.
 Prepare and deliver the regular training including but not limited to compliance, product, sales scripts to refresh and reinforce the TM team practices are fully complied with Insurance
Authority, the company and business partners corporate governance requirement.

 Build the outsourced tele marketing team with the third-party vendor services and business partner support
 Manage the outsourced telemarketing team to achieve the quarter and annual business goals
 Provide customer feedback for product needs to the product group for enriching our product design
 Initiate and manage leads generation programs to meet business goal.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Manage the telemarketing team, utilize resources to achieve the team target
 Business partners relation management
 Product planning; work with business partners to provide professional insurance solution to meet their client’s needs
 Plan and develop sales and marketing strategy to drive sales
 Review and develop proper operation procedures in line with regulatory and compliance requirement
 Supervise the telemarking team and complies with company and regulatory guideline on all sales process
 Support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
 Monitor the telemarking team performance including but not limited to leads number, marketing qualitied lead, sales qualified lead, pipeline, sales result etc. Design sales campaign
based on objective.
 Design TM team compensation program to improve the TSR activity, production and improve over all performance.
 Provide insights based on data analysis so that TSR has solid and insightful data to do cross sell and up sell.

Knowledge and Skills
• Form 7 graduate or above, University graduate is preferable
• Minimum 6 years’ practical sales experience in telemarketing industry, 3 years relevant supervision experience is preferable
